Our bread, jams and dairy products, all homemade, make our breakfasts unique, with a true flavour of their own.
We always have a variety of vegetarian dishes on offer and meet any other special dietary requirements.
Breakfast is served form 7H00 to 9H00

“The hacienda has character, warm, inviting and homey, with strudy adobe walls and a straw roof, desgined in typical Andean Highland Style”
Travel World News January 2002.
< Hacienda El Porvenir “South of the capital, Quito, beyond the robust little town of Machachi, I rolled into the horse-hiring hacienda of Tierra del Volcan. I recommend it as my personal quest-house of the decade: Miles form my own herbaceous borders, it has a familiar aspect and a locally woven roof of tufty grass.”
Financial Times London Robin Lane Fox October 2009.
“Venimos al Porvenir! Es muy chévere acá. Nos relajamos mucho y pasamos muy bien. Me encantan los machais, duermes full bien y descansas mucho. La comida es muy rica y me encantan las caminatas que se pueden hacer y montar caballos. Volveremos pronto”
